3. The Terms of Service for Clickmore’s digital products and services that are developed using Bitrix24 platform shall be subjected and superseded by the latest update of Bitrix24 Terms of Service for its Free Edition. 4. Should you not agree to the Terms of Service of Bitrix24, we shall not proceed to take your order to design, develop and host your website in the Bitrix24 platform. Any fees (with the exception of non-refundable deposit as stated in our invoice) you may have paid for our product or service shall be refunded within the time as specified by Clickmore.

5. You herewith are deemed to have read, agreed and accepted Clickmore’s Terms of Service with your order confirmation or upon receiving your payment to our products.

5. By accepting Clickmore’s Terms of Service, you also agree to be bound by and to have given your acceptance of the following terms & conditions:

a) Terms of Service of Bitrix24 platform; AND
b) Additional Terms of Service of Clickmore Products and Services; AND
c) A Free Edition Bitrix24 account is created on your behalf with you as the account holder; AND
d) By giving Clickmore’s authorised personnel the permission to access your Bitrix24 account for the sole purpose of your company or your business website creation, update and/or maintenance, in accordance with the user contents as provided by you to Clickmore; AND
e) In the event, should you decide to terminate the subscription to this Clickmore’s product to manage and update your Website, we shall return and handover the access and full control of your Bitrix24 account to you, including its current login and password, back to your own control and administration but at an additional processing charge.

Clickmore general “Webpage” products include the “Digital Business Card”, “Digital Brochure” and “Advertorial”.

We use Bitrix24 Pay Edition (under the ownership and domain name of Clickmore but shared with other customers of Clickmore) as the website builder platform and also web hosting platform for your Clickmore general “Webpage” product(s). The tagline of “Powered By Bitrix24” at the footer of your webpage product may or may not be displayed.

The Terms of Service for Clickmore’s digital products and services that are developed using Bitrix24 platform shall be subjected and superseded by the latest update of Bitrix24 Terms of Service for its Pay Edition. 4. Should you not agree to the Terms of Service of Bitrix24, we shall not proceed to take your order to design, develop and host your webpage or landing page in the Bitrix24 platform. Any fees (with the exception of non-refundable deposit as stated in our invoice) you may have paid for our service shall be refunded within the time as specified by Clickmore.

5. You herewith are deemed to have read, agreed and accepted Clickmore’s Terms of Service with your order confirmation or upon receiving your payment to our products.

c) In the event, should you decide to terminate the subscription to this Clickmore’s products to manage and update your general “Webpage” or “Landing Page” product(s), you can request to have an archived copy of your general “Webpage” or “Landing Page” product (saved in both PDF/PNG screen capture format and also raw HTML format, but we do not guarantee it can be reproduced 100% using similar website builder platform or other platforms) but at an additional processing charge.

b) Additional Terms of Service of Clickmore Products and Services; AND
c) A Free Edition Google account is created on your behalf with you as the legitimate account holder, OR you may choose to use your existing Google account; AND
d) By giving Clickmore’s authorised personnel the permission to access your Google account or only access right to certain shared folders/files in your own Google account, for the sole purpose of your company's or your business' intranet creation, update and/or maintenance, in accordance with the user contents and requirements as provided by you to Clickmore; AND
e) You are solely responsible for the ownership, control and administration of your own Google account, or upon the handover of the new Google account which we have created on your behalf for this purpose.
