These pricing is applicable to customers located in Malaysia (with a Malaysia address or a Malaysia phone number) and payment is made in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

New Website Design (WEBD) Pricing Plan Details

  • *** Updated on 28-Mar-2022 **
  • The fee stated is for one-time with the scope as specified in our Quotation to you.
  • Limited to informative websites which display static contents such as text, pictures and video, with no extra coding for complex functionalities** or integration to some backend software systems or databases.
  • Any photo, logo, graphic and video contents for the website design must be provided, as it is, by the customer. The WEBD package exclude the works of logo design, graphic design, photography, photo editing, video creation and video editing.
  • The draft text contents for the website design must be provided by the customer. The WEBD package include language editing, grammar and syntax correction to make the text suitable and presentable for web publishing.
  • The fee stated is for one SINGLE language (Default is English). If you wish to have multi-languages support for your website, the add-on fee for additional language support is RM328 per language.
  • Our multi-language support for website currently offer English, Chinese (Simplified or Traditional) and Malay (BM) language ONLY. Other Asian languages support will be rolled out in the future.
  • Limited to not more than 15 web pages per language. Exception may be given for case by case basis, as stated in our Quotation to you.
  • Website design pattern & layout is based on the current features and functions of our selected Website Builder platform (Bitrix24 Free Edition) and our design templates available. Not include any extra coding or customisation of standard function in the WEBD Package.
  • Subject to terms & conditions for Bitrix24.Sites of Bitrix24 Free Edition.
  • Domain name of the website is NOT INCLUDED in the WEBD Package. Customer can purchase the new domain name from any DNS hosting provider, or reuse the existing domain name, or purchase the new domain name from us.
  • Website design is deemed completed and delivered once the website is officially published to the Internet with its selected domain name, or once it is acknowledged by the customer, or when payment is made by the customer.  
  • The WEBD package include web hosting and updating for the first year. Updating include up to 6 minor changes and up to 3 major changes. Minor changes include textual correction/editing, or change of pictures, or change of video link, or updates of embedded links and contact info. Major changes include addition of new texts, pictures and video links into existing webpages, or changes to webpage layout. 

1Page Website Design (WEB1) Pricing Plan Details

Web Hosting & Updating (WHUP) Pricing Plan Details

  • The fee stated is for one-year subscription and it is recurring annually.
  • This WHUP package is to be purchased for subsequent year (second year onward) of hosting and updating of website designed by our WEBD or WEB1 package.
  • This WHUP package can not be subscribed or purchased independently, if your website is not designed or built by our WEBD or WEB1 package. 
  • The fee stated is for hosting and updating (EXCLUDE design or redesign) of the entire website, regardless it is a single-language or multi-languages website.
  • Hosting include technical support and maintenance of the website on a best-effort basis. 
  • Updating include up to 6 minor changes and up to 3 major changes per year. 
  • Minor changes include textual correction/editing, or change of pictures, or change of video link, or updates of embedded links and contact info.
  • Major changes include addition of new webpages, or addition of new texts, pictures and video links into existing webpages, or changes to webpage layout in the website. 
  • No long term contract commitment. This annual subscription plan can be stopped anytime, but no refund for the fees already paid. 
  • Subject to terms & conditions for Bitrix24.Sites of Bitrix24 Free Edition.

Advertorial (ADV) Pricing Plan Details

  • The fee includes the design of ADV (based on our design templates) and one-year hosting of the ADV in our platform.
  • Limited ONLY to single-page landing page for each language.
  • The fee stated is for one SINGLE language (Default is English). If you wish to have multi-languages support for your ADV, the total price shall be multiplied for each language.
  • ADV design is deemed completed and delivered once it is acknowledged by the customer or when payment is made by the customer or when the ADV site goes live.
  • Changes are allowed after the ADV is published and goes live but only limited to minor changes, which include any textual correction or change of pictures or change of video or updates of embedded links and contact info. Limited to max. of 3 changes per year.

Intranet Design (INTD) Pricing Plan Details

  • *** Updated on 26-Mar-2022 **
  • The fee stated is for one-time with the scope as specified in our Quotation to you.
  • You can use own existing Google Account for the creation of Google Sites for this INTD package, or we can help you to create a new Google Account on your behalf.
  • The fee stated include the design & setup of Intranet using Google Sites and 3 months of technical support upon delivery but exclude the hosting of the intranet. 
  • Hosting of the Intranet is subject to the terms & conditions for the free Google Account, Google Sites and other related Google Apps used in the INTD package. 
  • Limited to the selection of our design samples available and latest features & functions as supported by Google Sites.
  • Limited to not more than 20 web pages for the intranet. Exception may be given for case by case basis, as stated in our Quotation to you.
  • Domain name of the intranet is NOT INCLUDED in the INTD Package. Customer can purchase their own domain name from Google, or from any DNS hosting provider, or purchase from us at an additional charge. By default, we use the Google Sites sub-domain names available for selection. 
  • Intranet design is deemed completed and delivered once the new intranet is published with its selected domain or sub-domain name, or once it is acknowledged by the customer, or when payment is made by the customer.
  • Changes are allowed after the Intranet is published and goes live, during the 3-months support period, and only limited to minor changes, which include any textual correction or change of pictures or change of video or updates of embedded links and contact info. 
  • Handover training (limited to 1 hour of video call or chat) provided for self-support customers after the 3-months support period. 
  • Customers who need our continuous technical support can opt for our Intranet Support Package (call to quote).

QR Code Assistant (QRCA) Pricing Plan Details

  • *** Updated on 26-Mar-2022 **
  • The fee stated is for one-time assistance service to help generate the QR code on your behalf.
  • The QR code generated is a static QR in PNG format using free edition of online QR code generator(s). 
  • Unlimited use of the QR code in electronic form or in printed form.
  • No changes allowed after customer confirmation of QR Code PNG file delivery.
